Good-Morning to all my Beautiful Gems!

Maybe how you think is normal and you may not realize that you are having negative thoughts. A good technique you can use is to sit and begin to listen to your thoughts. Examine those thoughts see how many positive thoughts you are having compared to negative thoughts. All you have to do when you notice you're having a negative though think of a positive one. The best thing to do is go in with a game plan and have prepared thoughts that make you happy, grateful, anything that makes you feel positive. Some examples could be thinking of your pet, a song you love, your favourite food, the beach, any people, places or things. Write them then you can even look at the list often, the best times would be in the morning when you wake up and right before you go to bed. This will help you enormously. Help yourself become the best version of yourself, by beginning to practice positivity. And allow the flow of more positive thoughts and situation toward you.
