Habits for the New Year

Good morning everyone, let’s begin to imagine the year ahead, as a new year and a new you. If setting goals is a difficult task for you. Start with your habits. Being aware of what habits don’t serve you and can be changed. Creating positive habits and acting with positive habits can allow your subconscious to develop goals. Habits can be anything that you decided to be a part you want to exercise more you want to eat healthier you want to read more you want to be more mindful. These are all ideas what kind of habits to implement into your life. Perhaps you can create a morning routine that you can follow every day or you can start a 30 day challenge of some kind (meditation challenge, eating healthy challenge, no complaining challenge, etc).



Here are my top habits for the new year that can help serve you long term. 

1. This one can be a tricky, but honestly is the most beneficial for every single person. Waking up early and getting things done first thing in the morning. There’s something about our body the enjoys being more active in the morning. Our mind is flowing and rested. Your mind is ready to be proactive in a productive way. 
2. This one is my favourite! Starting to journal daily. Writing down what you are grateful for, things you want to manifest and/or aspirations you want for your future.  The best thing about this habit is you can allow your imagination to flow and understand that nothing is unattainable. Doing this practice more then once is even better for the soul. 
3. Meditation is almost a form of journaling, but its done within and not written on paper. Meditation is so beneficial for your body, it help to reenergize and centre your inner being. Even if you only meditate 5 min a day it helps your mind, body and soul. By focusing on the present moment allows time to slow down and you begin to see life in a different perspective. 
4. Being healthier in all aspect of life. Having a more balance diet and eating healthy food. Eating foods that have a higher vibration, to keep me in that positive level to my higher self. Exercising or doing some form of physical activity daily, to get those positive endorphins moving. 



These are my habits that I will begin to practice. To allows myself to have a more balanced life and positive frame of mind going forward for the new year. 

I truly hope that my habits are easy ones to apply into your daily routine. Good luck for the New Year.

Different colours have an association with a specific feeling and behaviours in your life. Focusing on specific colour can indicate if you are balanced to who you truly are or want to be. The Universal Laws This past week I really got interested in learning more about the laws of the universe. When I googled it some said there were 12 others said there were 7. These laws are happening naturally if we understand them or not. Even when we don't understand the connection to any obstacles we encounter in our daily life. By not living in the awareness of these laws. you may feel frustrated, confused and lost about your life's purpose. You may feel everything is going wrong for you, no matter what you do, how you act or how much you plan. Things keep going totally wrong. When people start to live their lives with the awareness of the laws of the universe. Begin to feel better, more productive, confident and feeling everything beginning to go their way.
