A new week is my favourite time to start a routine. The routine that I’m thinking of starting is a workout routine. Mainly focusing on my core.
I’ve created a routine that’s easy to follow and add into your daily life. I've included 4 different core exercises, they are the standard sit-up, criss-cross to work the obliques, crunches to really get into the midsection and leg extensions to really work that core. The repetition of the abs exercises goes up higher day by day and plateau for certain days. To build up your body endurance as the days progress. Finally, I decided to include a few days of rest.
If you would like a simple tip to getting healthier even faster. Drinking at least 2 litres of water a day. If 2 litres seems too much, start gradually by drinking 500ml to 1 litre. When your ready to drink more, continue with 1.5 litres then to your final goal of 2 litres. It will be easier to reach the final goal if you take smaller step toward it. Although if you believe you can start drinking 2 litres a day cold turkey, more power to you :).
