How to set Goals for the New Year

The New year is right around the corner and it’s a perfect time to think about setting goals for the year to come. 

Goals are a wonderful way to set attention you want to came to fruition in the months to come. The best part of goals is that you can stop and reevaluate them. You can see what goals has been accomplish, new goals you want to achieve and goals that don’t serve you anymore. 


Here are a few steps you can follow to determine what goals are most important to you. 


Step 1  

How do you want to feel, allow yourself to be transported to a year from now. What do you want to be doing, will you still be at the same place you are now. What thoughts will be going threw your mind. Will you have children, will you be getting married, do you want to change career or be more abundant. Be in the perspective of the future you. 

Some question you can asked yourself how will you feel or how do you want to feel a year from now. 

Mentally, how do you feel?

Physically, how do you feel?

Relationship, how do you feel?

Career, how do you feel?

Financially, how do you feel?

Step 2

Choose a focus word that remind you what direct you want to go toward this year. You want to have a vision of what direction your going to take. By having an word to focus on or a mantra it will penetrate your subconscious. It will allow the universe to help you manifest what your vision of the future is. 

You can create a vision board that’s in a place where you can see it daily, that reminds you of how you want the year unfold. Having something visual reminds you of the your goals and is very helpful especially if your new a setting goals. Put your vision board somewhere you can see frequently so you can’t ignore it. 

A good question to ask yourself is. 

What one thing that you can do that will make everything  else become easier or unnecessary? 

Once you’ve decided what goals you want to achieve. Develops it further by understanding why you want to achieve your goals and how will those goals be achieve in 2019.


Step 3

Set a time every week or two to be accountable for the direction of your goals. Allow yourself to review what goals have been achieved or if you want to add new goals. Remember that you goals can change throughout the course of the year.

21x21 Manifestation Challenge

A couple of week ago I saw a manifestation challenge that I’ve never hear or seen before. It’s called the 5x55 manifestation challenge. When I first found the video on YouTube I was in the Dominican Republic, so I decided when I got back home I would start it.  Basically the 5x55 Manifestation Challenge goes something like this. You decide on something you want to manifest. It could be anything from wanting a new car to getting someone to call. Honestly it could be anything your wonderful heart desires. So once you know what you want to manifest, you put it in a sentence “I’m so happy and grateful to be driving my brand new car” for example. Once you have you sentence you need to write it out 55 times for 5 days. It’s that simple.
