Family Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 8

"A Christmas candle is a lovely thing, it makes no noice at all, but softly gives itself away"

Baby it’s cold outside today. We really need to bundle up for today’s activity. I wanted to have a day to bless our loved ones and remember all that had past on. So what better place to go then the chapel of votive at “The Saint Joseph Oratory”. 



We left our home and got there around 11ish. We started to walk around and notice that a lot has changed in the past couple of months. They’ve done a lot of renovating to The Oratory. It’s so magical there, every time I go I seem to discover something new that I never noticed before. I learned that in the summer the have gardens that you can walk around in. They have some view that are absolutely magical. And just the appearance of the building is welcoming. 

So as we started to make are way down stairs to light candle. We went threw some doors, but on the other side of the doorway a man was standing there. He was smiling at me with joy and kindness. At first I wondered how strange, but the more I though about it I realized he probably goes there often and doesn’t see people my age at the Oratory. After lighting all our candles there’s a section where you can right you intention on a paper. Then that piece of paper with the intention get drop in a glass box. And in spirit that piece of paper is read by Saint Joseph and gets granted. Then it was time to head back to the car to go home. As we started to make are way back upstairs, I notice a picture on the wall that resemble that man that had just smiled at me hanging on the wall. I’m not sure it was the same man, but I could believe it was.


Today was spiritual and warm-hearted to me. If you can remember a time you had those feelings, I would love to hear about it in the comments below.

21x21 Manifestation Challenge

A couple of week ago I saw a manifestation challenge that I’ve never hear or seen before. It’s called the 5x55 manifestation challenge. When I first found the video on YouTube I was in the Dominican Republic, so I decided when I got back home I would start it.  Basically the 5x55 Manifestation Challenge goes something like this. You decide on something you want to manifest. It could be anything from wanting a new car to getting someone to call. Honestly it could be anything your wonderful heart desires. So once you know what you want to manifest, you put it in a sentence “I’m so happy and grateful to be driving my brand new car” for example. Once you have you sentence you need to write it out 55 times for 5 days. It’s that simple. To be honest my hand hurt but by letting go of that pain, trusting and believing that what your writing will come. Makes all the pain worth it and fade away.   Since you get the idea.
