A well deserved spa night to rest and rejuvenate for Christmas that’s only a week away.

When my family and I went to Vermont at the beginning of the month. I found this face mask that has three step to it. It’s pretty basic to fallow and everything is all together in one package. Even my dad decided to be apart of our spa night. It was funny looking at him with the masks on his face. But it ended up leaving everyone’s face silky smooth. I had put the peppermint essential oil in my diffuser during our spa treatments, Finish it off by spritzing our faces with rose water and relaxed with a cup of tea.

Best ten dollars I even spent. I ended up finding it at TJ Maxx. By far my favourite store ever. They always have facial products for really good prices. Never forget to check the clearance rack because you may just find that find of the day.

We should all rest, relax and rejuvenate by taking easy the next couple of days leading up to Christmas.

The Universal Laws This past week I really got interested in learning more about the laws of the universe. When I googled it some said there were 12 others said there were 7. These laws are happening naturally if we understand them or not. Even when we don't understand the connection to any obstacles we encounter in our daily life. By not living in the awareness of these laws. you may feel frustrated, confused and lost about your life's purpose. You may feel everything is going wrong for you, no matter what you do, how you act or how much you plan. Things keep going totally wrong. When people start to live their lives with the awareness of the laws of the universe. Begin to feel better, more productive, confident and feeling everything beginning to go their way. 21x21 Manifestation Challenge

A couple of week ago I saw a manifestation challenge that I’ve never hear or seen before. It’s called the 5x55 manifestation challenge. When I first found the video on YouTube I was in the Dominican Republic, so I decided when I got back home I would start it. Basically the 5x55 Manifestation Challenge goes something like this. You decide on something you want to manifest. It could be anything from wanting a new car to getting someone to call. Honestly it could be anything your wonderful heart desires. So once you know what you want to manifest, you put it in a sentence “I’m so happy and grateful to be driving my brand new car” for example. Once you have you sentence you need to write it out 55 times for 5 days. It’s that simple.
