This morning as I was drinking my coffee, thinking of what kind of content I wanted upload to my blog. It’s said that when your creative juices aren’t flowing to let it go and do something else. Since nothing was coming to me, I decided to turn on the television. The show that was plating was Cityline with Tracy Moore. As I’m watching a commercial for a Cityline weight loss challenge helped spark an idea, to starting my own weight loss challenge. Thinking about what part of my body I wanted to focus on for this challenge. I felt my arms could use some improvement for strength, slim-down and toning. I started doing some research on what kind of training I should do. Came to the conclusion to make my challenge last 42 day with 12 different arm exercises and a day of rest ever 3rd or 6th day. Below you will see the chart I created.
As we all know health involves mind body and soul. So today we will be focusing on body. Fitness and workouts are very beneficial for losing weight, boosting your energy, raising your confidence level, achieved your health and wellness goals.
