Things I'm grateful for this Thanksgiving are - having the strength to welcome family into my home, my mom, my dad, my sister and becoming a better person everyday by meditation.
Thanksgiving is a time for all friends and family to spend time together. These days when family gets together it more of a routine on airplane mode. But if just one person from the family get everyone talking about what they are grateful for and why, this will bond the family and create loving memories. Those memories that are created during family events around a table full of food, laughter and joy. Are the ones that become the most precious to our soul, or as Abraham Hicks would put it our "Source". Even if a family member can't think of anything to be grateful for just tell them look around the table. When doing so what do you see? You see your Mom, Dad, Grandmother, Grandfather, Sister, Brother, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Pets, Food, Table, Chair, Knife, Fork, Plate, etc... The list can go on and on. Just start noticing those little thing and remember how grateful you are for them. Because there are people out there who wish they could be surrounded by all the things I've just named and are not.
What are you grateful for this Thanksgiving? Let me know in the comments below :)
